Recent projects have included delivery of support services to a wide range of clients including the DVLA, Schaeffler Group, Ford, and Olaer.

Internally, Henry is strategically leading the growth and diversification of the Holistic Group of companies across the UK.

Steve Beynon

Steve has a wide range of experience and expertise across quality, safety, health, environment, and business process improvements.

Recent projects have included supporting both public and private organisations of all sizes including the Health & Safety Executive, Welsh Assembly Government, Gwalia Housing Group, Cuddy Group, and McDermott Construction.

Steve is developing the portfolio of products and services within the Company, whilst also leading the evolution of the organisation’s internal processes to support the growth and diversification of the Holistic Group of companies.

Russell Wood

Russell has held senior appointments within corporate organisations and management consultancy. His specialism is within change management which has involved him in both the private and public sectors.

Whilst operating throughout the UK, Russell is leading the Company’s rapid expansion within the Midlands and Merseyside.

Roger Derrick

Roger’s experience very much reflects the Company’s emphasis on both the "hard" and "soft" skills. He has had responsibility for Human Resources, Quality and Lean Improvement Processes. Within this field, Roger has been involved in major projects for a diverse range of organisations including SME’s, large corporations and public authorities such as the City and County of Swansea.

Within the company, Roger is leading the sales and marketing function with support from external professional resources.

John Richardson

John’s experience is predominately within professional training and development for a wide variety of organisations. He is well regarded for providing leadership development and support at the highest level.

John is naturally, therefore, developing and leading the "Holistic Academy" which is a learning centre of excellence, delivering courses designed to impart world-class leadership skills.
